Gevokizumab治疗活动期非感染性葡萄膜炎的安全性和有效性研究。

二、适应症
非感染性中间、后、或全葡萄膜炎。

三、试验介绍

这项研究的主要目的是证明Gevokizumab相对于安慰剂治疗活动期非感染性中间、后、或全葡萄膜炎受试者的优效性。此外，还将对Gevokizumab的安全性进行评价。

3	正在采用以下一项葡萄膜炎稳定治疗方案：a.口服皮质类固醇（强的松等量）；b.系统免疫抑制剂；c.强的松等量的口服皮质类固醇和至少一种系统免疫抑制剂合用。
4	采取高效的避孕措施以防止受试者或受试者的伴侣妊娠的。

1	感染性葡萄膜炎和伪装综合征（例如：创伤、淋巴瘤、眼恶性肿瘤、或手术）。
2	单纯性前葡萄膜炎。
3	对散瞳药有禁忌。
4	对单克隆抗体有严重过敏或过敏样反应的病史。
5	活动性肺结核病。
6	有复发感染病史或感染诱因；活动期眼部感染。
7	妊娠或哺乳的女性。
